My puzzle books are printed and shipped by Amazon, so your order ships and arrives the same way any Amazon package does — with real-time tracking and Amazon's standard delivery times.

Because Amazon handles printing and shipping, returns and refunds for paperback books also go through Amazon's return process. Just visit Your Orders on Amazon.com to start a return or ask for help.

Digital PDF downloads purchased through my Etsy shop are print-ready files delivered instantly. Since these are digital products, they aren't eligible for return once downloaded — but if a file has a problem, reach out through Etsy and I'll make it right.
